BIRMINGHAM, Ala—Dr. Dan Ireland, a long time leader in the faith community, has endorsed Republican Luther Strange in the state attorney general’s race.
“Luther will bring the needed change for total law enforcement in the state of Alabama – especially concerning gambling,” Dr. Ireland said.
For more than 32 years, Dr. Ireland has been a voice in the interdenominational community. He remains a resource for churches, schools and organizations, promoting an ethical, moral and responsible lifestyle based on biblical standards.
“Dr. Ireland does remarkable work spreading a positive, faithful message to the people of Alabama. He knows how the immoral threat of gambling can eventually cripple individuals and families. I admire his work, I see the difference he and other faith-based organizations make in our communities and I am extremely honored to have his support,” Strange said.
