BIRMINGHAM, Ala– Cullman County District Attorney C. Wilson Blaylock is the latest law enforcement veteran to endorse Luther Strange in the Republican attorney general’s race.
“Today, I am endorsing Luther Strange to be Alabama’s next Attorney General. I believe he is the right man to restore honesty, integrity and trust to the office of Attorney General,” Blaylock said. “He will work with local law enforcement and District Attorneys across the state in a professional manner. He brings over 30 years of legal experience to the job. Luther will enforce the law and protect the rights of all Alabamians. He is the right man for the job and he has my full support.”
Team work with District Attorneys is a central issue for Strange and has earned him endorsements from law enforcement officials across Alabama.
“I’m proud that law enforcement officials, including District Attorney Blaylock, realize how committed I am to working with them,” Strange said. “Team work is a key to effective leadership as Attorney General — not just being a strong lawyer, a strong advocate of law enforcement, but someone who can work with the people who are on the front lines of public safety.”
